"If I could give no stars I would. I have gone to Krystal’s a few time. Every time I go… I think it has to have gotten better. But nope. A few of those trips consisted of 1: being told they were not taking any orders for 10 minutes. They were doing a shift change 2: they were not taking any orders due to having an order for 100 Krystal’s 3: they said their power was out but the radio in drive through worked 4: pulled up at drive through, no one said anything. Said hello and was told. I will be right with you. I felt like I would not have been greeted if I would I would not have said hello. Last one time in the lobby thinking if I go in then it has to be better. Nope Waited 20 minutes for 1 sunrises Krystal. I know I have given them one to may chances. So annoying. Never again."

"Really great place to eat. We stopped by as we were traveling through. Took a little time to get the food, but it was hot and probably the best Krystalwe have eaten in a long time. Would go back if we’re in the area. We got cheese Krystal’s, tots, and apple pies."

"The Cartersville Krystal's has been going down hill for a long while. The way the blond haired girl treated multiple guest tonight was appalling. They had screwed up another customers order and instead of taking the opportunity to make it right she chastised the man. When I stated she was wrong for the way she was talking to him she started yelling at me. I had been waiting for +10 minutes to place an order at this point. I finally got my food and while eating I observed her mistreat another woman and her daughter who had been in the drive through line waiting on food for half an hour. This is a very poorly run restaurant. It is a failure of top management. I hope corporate fixes this location soon, I guess I was wrong for expecting quality service. There are many other restaurants in Cartersville that will be glad to provide polite quality service. Avoid this location at all cost and take your money else where. PS They did have one cook who was doing her absolute best to keep everything straight. That cook is too good for this location, they don't deserve someone as professional as her."

"The Krystal’s were amazing. I could eat them all day. That jordan man is so cute omg. Everyone is so nice and know what they’re doing. Great management. Kind and thoughtful. Would 100% recommend going. Can’t wait to go back."
