Lee and Pickels Drugs - Troupeville

"I used lee and pickles a year and half ago they had great service. I moved to Hahira and used Chancey while I lived there. I recently moved back to this area and went back to Lee and pickles to find they had changed for the worse. My L4 had putruded and broken off and put pressure on my spinal fluid sac and kept nerves from traveling from L4 down the pain was excruciating I couldn't walk, while waiting for surgery I went to thr ER ONLY when the pain was unbearable and my blood pressure was sky high. I was given a tramadol prescription I took it to Lee and Pickles. I had about 60.00 worth of meds i already had at home didn't need them I dont have health insurance so i purchase what i need when I need it. The African American girl at the window was rude she took my script to the pharmacist and she was just as rude and not caring she would not fill it because she said I had to purchase all my medications to get the pain meds. They treated me like straight trash I have never been a drug addict my entire life I was in so much pain my blood pressure was 195/116 I needed that medicine. I have had my back surgery and I have 13 staples in my back as of now. Lee and Pickles will never get my service again and for as long as I live I will tell people how they made me feel. My husband gets his meds filled there he has health insurance he agrees the service is far from what it used to be, we also noticed how if you have health insurance they dont give you grief about your medicine being filled. That pharmacist intervened with my health which was completely unacceptable for her to juge me she has a poor source of judgement."

"Everyone @ Lee and Pickles drug store goes above and beyond, the Head pharmacist Ally is always on top of everything and as well as the rest of the employees, they always have my pre packaged meds as well as all of my other med's always ready for me & a few X's bc I'm not allowed to drive & our vehicle broke down the actually brought my medicine out to me and when I go in or mainly thru the drive thru, there's not one employee there that doesn't know me or my spouse on a first name basis and if I could give them more than 5 stars ☀️ I would, they are a family pharmacy and go way above and beyond for there customers and they're very professional, polite and make you feel welcome and they always ask us about our family etc. If considering to change pharmacies in the Valdosta, Ga area plz consider the troupville store & as well as I've had the pleasure of using the Quitman store for yrs as well. Just Adore everyone up there."
