"These are among the worst employees I’ve ever seen. They ignore you, don’t care and prioritize talking to their friends that stop in over doing their job. The franchise owner needs to reevaluate the management and workers here. I would be embarrassed to allow a place I was part of to be ran like this."

"I was at Burger King, not Mc Donalds! This location of Mc Donalds is a big let down! I have lived here 8 years and the fries are rarely hot. The shake machine is always down. The burgers are served cold. I have nothing good to say except WooHooo! We have a Burger King!!!! Hot food that doesn't leave you rushing for the bathroom!"

"Drive thru is awful you order and pull to the side they have 2 many kids and no adult supervision. I seen this lady 2 tone hair play with her mouth piercings with her hands not wash them then touch things. Food was good tho"

"I have had more orders messed up from this location in two years than I can really count. I was just there to pick up 2 cheese burgers from the lobby and instead I got 2 hamburgers with only ketchup. I tried to call but the phone is out of service."

"This place doesn’t do anything but steal money. I always do mobile orders since they are so slow.. a few months ago I paid $30 for food I never got nor received a refund on and I should have learned my lesson. Went back tonight and ordered my food 15 minutes ahead. Waited 45 minutes while car after car that came after me got their food after they told me to pull up. Finally went in and asked for a refund. They decide to give me my food that had been sitting there.. and the wrong drink. Get home and this food tasted like it had been sitting out for HOURS. It’s a little further for me to go to Cartersville but I’ll never come back after this. Sick and didn’t feel like cooking and I get a drink I didn’t order and food that’s completely unedible. My dog wouldn’t even eat it… cold and stale. Sad that this is how people run a business."
