Walmart Pharmacy

"Pharmacy is great. Neat clean ! People helpful, in appearance other departments could take lessons from them."

"Listening to the employee at the register talk under her breathe about a customer she just got rude with is my new favorite thing. This pharmacy acts like they're better than the people they serve. I myself have witnessed this behavior by this staff, more importantly this employee being rude several times. It's sad that with all the good people who need jobs that Walmart has this type of person working there."

"I just witnessed a Walmart pharmacy employee laugh at a customer. This would normally surprise people but this pharmacy has a reputation of being rude. The customer simply asked why his prescription wasn't ready. The employee snapped back that it was but it wasn’t picked up fast enough so they put it back. The customer then asked for them to re-fill it. They said it would be a day. The customer said something to the effect of that is unacceptable. The pharmacy employee then laughed, yes lauged at the customer. You just can't have employees treating people thos way"

"Slow, rude, condescending, lacks any semblance of professionalism. Transferring to Publix, I suggest you do the same. Update, sent the store manager over to talk to them. Their recourse was to lie and say they didn't laugh at me (the customer) until after I flipped them off. One problem with that, it's all on video and now I've got corporate involved. Congrats!"

"I won't go anywhere else to get my prescriptions. Normally, Walmart isn't what I think of when I think customer service, but this pharmacy works hard for me, they always try, even when they are obviously exhausted and overworked. My Rx's have ALWAYS been ready on time, and the folks who work there-esp.- the male pharmacist, the tall white guy, and the black lady who usually has long, beautiful braids in. I'm terrible with names. There's also an older black woman who knows almost all her customers by name. She's never helped me, but I have seen her kindness so many times. I have walked out angry from Publix pharmacy, CVS, and others, but I am always taken care of by this Walmart pharmacy. Thank you all for you kindness and dedication to our health!"
