Reviews of Subway
"They were nice food was good and they very generous with filling up the sandwich"
"Well I ordered 1 Tune w/avocado and my daughter ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with xtra lettuce and bell pepper and onion on the app and paid before picking up my order I live about 15-20 min away. I order at this one cause they are better then the others usually. With that said I sent my daughter in to pick up order we stopped at gas station before coming home to get drinks. I sit down to eat my food and take one bite and my daughter is coming in all upset. She opens her sandwhich up and it is PHILLY CHEESE STEAK. Not Chicken at ALL. So I put my Tuna in the fridge and drove back to the store to let them know. I walk in tell the girl there that The sandwhich was made wrong its not what we ordered and its a PhillY. She then says oh yeah I just GOT an ear full about this. I also said now that I had to come all the way back my sandwhich at home is in fridge getting all soggy cause its Tuna and I had to drive all the way back here. I let her make sandwhich and then I walked up when she was adding the lettuce and I said my daughter asked for extra lettuce can u please add more. so she does. She then starts to wrap the sandwhich. I then say You might wanna let the person who made the sandwhich know people dont like to have to come all the way back and waste there gas. She is shaking as she is wrapping it and says to me You are making me nervous. I say its ok,And I think I have been pretty NICE about this whole thing. I haven't yelled, I was just saying YOU might wanna let the person know, and she says okay I will let LOGAN know. I also say I am NOT happy Now My sandwhich is going to be Soggy, I then leave get in my car and come home. Now my daughter has her sandwhich and I have my soggy tuna sandwhich. I start to eat it and get a couple bites in. Then realize OMGosh I have NO Avocado on the Tuna sandwhich I paid extra for. I was for heck sake. If I call she is gonna get all scared and nervous and so I just sit there and eat it anyways.. I think they need to pay attention to what they make.. I jst don't understand how you get confused between steak ad chicken. Also if u see an xtra charge on sandwhich adding, I dunno something like avocado. Which we pay extra for maybe, just maybe you actually add it. I NEVER yelled at this lady But because I was upset I made her nervous. there were a group of kids in there who could a attest to me NOT yelling. So this took me over an hour to pick up and drive back, then back home to eat my soggy sandwhich.."
"Took my family to the Subway on Keith St in Cleveland, TN. I had already a very bad experience from a prior visit. We had ordered 4 footlong sandwiches via the Subway app. The app gave the option to increase the amount of vegetables to "more", which we selected. Upon arriving home and getting ready to eat, the sandwiches that were suppose to have "more" did not. In fact, the amount of vegies which it had, would be the equivalent what you would find on a 6". This included the amount of cheese. Gave them another try in the event the other experience was simply a fluke. Upon entering, I greeted the lady behind the counter with a smile and greeting. Found myself struggling in choosing what bread, so turned it into a joke at myself. Stoic face and stern silence reciprocated and went down hill from there. Finding vegetables being severely skimpy, would ask if I could have some extra. Begrudgingly added. Anything we would request for, received sourly. However, the icing on the entire experience was when during our meal, I went up to the counter and requested for some additional napkins and a plastic fork. The reply from the man behind the counter in a very stern voice, "Did you have a salad? We ONLY give out forks to those who order a salad!" Eventually I was given a fork, and a FEW extra napkins. As I walked back to join my family, my son heard the man was criticizing to his colleague the fact that I would actually ask for a fork when I didn't order a salad. The sad part about this experience, my wife had had a rough negative morning, and we had come in to find a break and some peace. My advice is to stay away. There are other Subway locations."
"The meatball sub had very little sauce. I wanted the sandwich with mozzarella, but the server said they were out. There was a metal cover over the meat and have never seen this in any Subway before. There was no soap in the lady's restroom either. The server was very professional and made us feel welcome."
"I don’t leave reviews. I haven’t left a review ever. I work in customer service and my bonuses heavily rely on google services. This old woman urked me enough to make a review. She was rude and laughed when we called her out on it. I understand being stressed and hating your job but homegirl go to a nursing home already or something. Enjoy your life being grumpy and miserable."
