"My husband and I ordered in the drive-thru. The girl that was taking the order kept interrupting my husband asking “what else?”. Uh ma’am can I finish with the first request? The whole time she was laughing with other female employees that were just standing around talking. When we got to the window they were laughing because they had deleted the order. The food was cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting there for a few hours. The girls were standing around chatting and just having a good time laughing while there was 1 young man doing everything."

"We dined in for dinner. We waited approximately 15 minutes for 2 burgers. I expected them to be fresh due to the time frame, they were not. The fries were stone cold. My husband asked for new fries and we received 2 more stone cold fries. I couldn't even eat them. If I pay almost 20$ for a meal I should at least be able to eat it. This is one of many instances of problems we've had and frankly this is the last time we will be visiting this establishment. Would not recommend."

"40 minutes waiting on chicken fingers. To then be told my order was deleted by "accident". Nothing offered not even an apology. 15 people inside waiting on their food and two people working go sit down. Not when I worked in the food industry. You served your customers and did it at speed. Do better."

"Smallest portions I ever seen. Staff not trained, the place looked trashed, food was under cooked , 6 customers received their food before we got ours so it should have been fresh wrong in every sense."
