"Called for an insurance quote and went through the full process. Was told I’m approved but can’t pay/start the policy until I sign the papers that come in the mail and esign the documents for uninsured motorist. Only email I got was the notification of the quote. Week passes nothing in the mail so call and I’m told they haven’t sent anything out yet. Had to go out of town for work and am told geico sent the letter finally for it to literally be the application. So call the 1800 number for them to tell me agents office was wrong. I gotta do the app AGAIN then mail back and it’ll take around 30 days to then send the letters of approval. Completely opposite of what I was already told and explained. Just got a new vehicle and wasting time trying to have insurance. Thanks for nothing"

And they always trying to waste my time and them time too. I always send my police case report on mail to them but whenever I call to them they pick up or transfer my call to some one else and every employees repeat to ask me about policy number and every thing. I did not get right service from this insurance company so please don’t use this insurance company in your emergency time because they will not give you or help you when you are in trouble or emergency. They laugh on us. So please do not use this insurance company anymore."
