"First I love Subway especially their coupons. I travel between South Florida and North Georgia quite a bit. This on is conveniently located off 575. Well my experience at this location was TOP NOTCH!! I was waited on by two young men very quickly. I told them I like turkey they suggested the Turkey Cali club. It was Delicious. Dining area and restroom were clean. Every fresh baked coookie choice also. I have not had customer service like this in years. TRIP and CHAD you two knocked a homerun out of The Ballground location. Especially on fast food customer service!. I will be returning."

"If I could give zero stars I would . The guy working behind the counter displays terrible customer service and shows very little to no interest in serving customers . I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread and wanted to argue over what kind of bread I asked for when he took out the wrong one. He mumbled and really couldn’t have been bothered to ask what I wanted on my sandwich. He starts throwing different ingredients on the sandwich as if he was inconvenienced. Please bring in better people suited to serve customers. I won’t be back . I’ll give my money to another subway franchise that will make me feel welcomed. I hope corporate sees this."

"I hate being this person, I’ve been to this establishment multiple times, when I’ve been the food inventory was interesting, for example, the lettuce would be brown and at the bottom of the container and when they would bring a fresh one it would be brown and not look appealing, same with the tomatoes and pickles, the manager is very nice when I’ve met her and want the owners to know that she cares and has hated when I’ve brought things to her attention. Today was the final straw before writing a review, the door says they close at 10, they indeed do not because I have been multiple times before 8:00pm and they were already closed, today I called before going making sure they would be open, they said they closed at 8:00pm and I called at 6ish, when I got there at 7:30 they were closed with the sign on, unacceptable. Again I hate being this person I never leave bad reviews but after multiple bad experiences I just let the “Karen” get ahold of me. Have a great evening!"

"The service was good and the store was clean. However, I was not very impressed with the particular sandwich I got, the new Italian BMT. It lacked flavor and the bread was not what I remember it to be. It lacked outer crisp for a toasted sandwich. I will try other meals here though. And their cookies are always good."

"This Subway has had tremendous improvement with new management or owners, and I'm so glad. It's our local store and they are now well stocked!! The employees are super friendly, and the place is super clean. If you've stayed away from a bad past experience, I encourage you to give them another try!"
