"There are so many negative experiences, it’s difficult to know where to start! Running out of life-sustaining medications for a special needs young adult should never happen, but it does! When kaitlyn is the one that gets your prescription, you can expect trouble and unfulfilled commitments. She’s immature, spiteful, and based on her behavior, doesn’t care about the needs of the people she is supposed to be serving. Inevitably, she will reap what she sows. People like her always do."

"If they don’t have the prescriptions you need, they don’t contact you. There is absolutely no communication with customers. I ordered a refill for my mother and the app showed it in progress for a while then I checked back later and they removed it from being filled."
