"It extremely bad situation. I did call this number to schedule my first appointment with them , everything was so good, nice talk they took all my information and give me an appointment day . Even it take few months until I can get in , I’m so happy because I have an issue with my teeth and my friend said this a good place for that. Today I call back and confirm my appointment First they put me on hold an it ok for that , few minutes later she ask my name and started looking at my profile everything on they system but no appointment . Wow I wait for months and she said she saw I never been there and yeah it is my first appointment . Then she said may I call the other office ross the street? I asked her do you guys have 2 locations? She said no. I wonder how my information can be on their system? And I never there before.she try to tell me that may I call other office. I asked her to make sure that they use the same phone , same system that why she can see my information? She said no , what crazy thing is happen? I never there how my information insurance is on their system? She said she not the one talk to me before and I understand that but she keep said may I call other not their office. Talk nice but still attitude make me mad for real . This is a phone I add on my phone contact after I place my appointments and no way it can be wrong.really bad customer service. I don’t understand how you get customers information and gave them a day for appointments and not put on your schedule. Unbelievable. So disappointed .after all she asked do I want she scheduled me ? For what and how many months should I wait and then sorry you not on schedule again. I’m sorry i did mad and said I don’t know who stupid answers my phone and place appointments for me last time and now I don’t have schedule then she hang up . I understand that I should not put my madness on her but if you wait for over 2,3 month and you get this situation. Anyway extremely bad service"
