"I have been there twice within a few weeks and got the EXACT same thing: Chicken caesar wrap add bacon. BOTH times I received my food with several ingredients missing and neither time did I get the bacon I paid extra for. I am not going back and will order from the one downtown for delivery only. They are consistently getting my order right and not screwing me out of the money I paid."

"Edit on 8/3/2023 Was in tonight. Ordered a #1. Ham and cheese. With peppers and mustard, no tomatoes. Get home and I have a turkey and cheese. With no mustard on it. So I drive back. And they fix my sandwich. Go back home and my girlfriend and I start eating. She found a hair in her sandwich. Was about 3 inches long. My hair is about half an inch long. And hers is over a foot long. So guess what. It wasn’t ours. Absolutely no beard or hair nets worn at Jimmy John’s. So, based on what I saw for hair there. It came from someone there. Might think about coming back. Not sure Mercedes was awesome! She helped in many ways. Asked if there was anything else. Yes, there was! When I screwed up my own order. She was happy to help me correct. Helped get me everything!!! Nope, I don’t know her. She was there to help. As long as she’s here. Feel 100% confident in placing my order here. She worked through everything with me. Repeated my order in detail. Made sure I had what I ordered on my way out. They lost track of the no tomato. She came out a personal asked me about it."
