"Kathy and Mike keep me completely up dated, at minimum once a week. Anytime I called with inquiries they always returned calls/answered phone very quickly and was able to answer any all question's I had. If they couldn’t answer it they always get back with me quickly or they were able to direct me to the correct person. As far as the body shop workers, I am extremely pleased with their work and attention to details. They took a non drivable vehicle in quickly as well and even with the back log of parts ordering was able to get my vehicle back to me quickly. From the time of loss of my vehicle, November 16, to it being returned to was less than 60 days. I picked up my vehicle in n January 3. Even, with the crazy months of November and December, they worked very quickly. With the large amount of vehicles in the body shop they were making the turn around very quickly in today’s environment of extreme back log on repairs to vehicle Cole did an outstanding job. I are an hour plus drive for me to use a Allstate’s preferred repair center, it was well worth the my time. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all persons involved in my repair process. Keep up the outstanding work and attention to detail."

"While on an out of state trip, my car broke down and I had it towed to Cole Honda. It was late in the day but they promised to get to it first thing in the morning. By 10:00 the next morning, I had the diagnosis. Luckily it was a fairly minor problem and they had it fixed and ready to go before noon. The charge for their work was reasonable and the service advisors were very personable. They knew I needed to be on my way and I really appreciated their quick service to get me back on the road"

"This was one of worst experiences I've had we asked them to look at broken hood cable they broke the grill on my car and tried say it was already liked that. When I had originally just took my car in for a recall on the electric window delayed which they did fix. They charged $142 and they broke the grill now it's barely hanging on and they want $733 to fix hood cable & grill. I would NOT recommend going there unless you want to pay for something they break! The mechanic took pictures after he did the damage and the grill was not discussed before they looked at car. So of course I can expect that reply so when you get a dissatisfied customer review you don't look like the bad guys. I wouldn't been so upset if you guys were honest from the start and discuss what may happen. And the hood was up within an hour but three hours later you come to talk about situation. So being dishonest would be a good start. And in Giles Co they fix everything for $299.92 anyone can do math how much I saved so it's unethical what you done!"
