"I ordered using the curbside option on the app. When I got there, I parked in the curbside parking space and said I was here with the parking number on the app. The app said it was a success and my order was going to be brought out soon. After 15 minutes and the fact that other people got their curbside order first after they got there after me. I went inside with my order just sit to the side with my food getting cold. And I put no ice for the drinks and they still put ice in it. This was my very firstly curbside experience for a Zaxby's and this location is really awful at paying attention to detail."

"Very good salads, the kickin' chicken sandwich tastes nothing like it used to. Fries were kind of dry and old...like they needed to change the grease they are cooked in."

"Extremely poor service. Literally waited for 45 min to get our food for 3 people. The blonde woman I’m assuming was the manager was really rude and disrespectful. After standing at the counter tryin to speak with someone as atleast 15 people who ordered after us got their food. Come To find out they hadn’t even made our food at all after 45 min !! Go to any zaxbys location except this one."

"My husband ordered and paid for two of the 6 piece chicken finger plates. The plates only had 3 pieces of chicken each. You can't get them to answer the phone..... Rip off"

"Ordered a bix zack snack with the fingers tossed in mild and I get home and this is what I got! The young kids were playing on their phone and when I asked for an extra sauce (I paid for it) they got an attitude bc I interrupted there phone time I guess!"
