"I would give 0 stars if I could… HORRIBLE service. They rush you at the drive thru speaker asking “anything else?” after every item ordered. That drives me crazy! Like be patient and I will tell you when I’m finished! Had me so flustered ordering dinner for my family that I forgot to order something and tried to order it at the window only to be told “No! We will get fired for taking orders at the window.” When there wasn’t even anyone behind us. We didn’t get one of our items. And got home to find another item was made wrong. Just a bad experience all together. Every fast food place on Rossville Blvd sucks. Soon they’ll be closed down like Wendy’s."

"I got a Is steak quesadilla and ordered Double steak im looking at it and like wow i paid extra and it dont even have half the meat that normally comes with it super Upset eith the service i recieved waited about 20 mins in line yesterday and was starving at the time i had to leave work again just to go get something else to eat i really domt recomment this Particular Tacobell super Stingy with the meat that u pay for i basically only got soft tortilla shells with a Spec of meat and very liytle Cheese and No Sauce whatso ever"

"Management should be retrained. When mentioning her staff being rude about something I didn’t know she refused my order and started getting ugly with me. You deal with crabby customers on a daily basis I feel like it would be something I am trained in. I’ve watched employees smoke outside and go in without washing their hands. It’s nasty. They cannot train enough people to keep the doors open until a decent time which speaks volumes about management and the crew. Called my phone a few minutes later to try and apologize once she was level headed and calmed down I guess. I was already in the process of losing my dad in hospice care I didn’t need to be treated so horribly. If you’re going to walk around proud to be in management and represent it at other retailers please make sure you are capable of handling stressful environments at work. I do have a video of me being denied my food and her telling me she was going to call the police if I didn’t move. I cannot fathom how much of management status has went to her head but it’s not okay. She can definitely deny my order and then try to be a kiss up because I recognized them. The apology was to protect themselves not to be kind. I hope whatever bad day they were having is okay now. Constructive criticism is always going to happen and I hope they do not continue to treat others this way."

"The girl running drive thru is doing an amazing job! She deserves recognition, along with the other kitchen staff. They had long lines, but were fast, accurate, and friendly."
