"Empty lobby aside from my family and entire lobby is a mess/trashed. Based on reviews it’s been like this and management doesn’t care clearly as these posts go months back…. Also food was all messed up and they made an issue to fix so I’m stuck with a wrong order and one worker using the kiosk also picked up TRASHHHH. And went to the line to make food I yelled at her to change gloves and gave me attitude. Of all the Taco Bell’s I have been 2 in America this is the king at being the worst. It’s crazy now that I look at the reviews….."

"I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and 4 cheese roll ups and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. The potatoes had no cheese or sour cream. The cheesy Roll ups had no cheese but were just quesadillas. The cheesy bean and rice burrito had no cheese. I’m incredibly dissatisfied and this has happened multiple times. I am allergic to beef and have had times where they put beef on a burrito. Completely unacceptable."

"Employees were upset because they were interrupted from playing on their phones and want to keep the driver thru clogged by telling you to stay at the speaker next time so they can cook more meat! Seriously?! That is crazy. Put your phone down and do your job. Look at your cameras inside to see what your employees are and aren't doing. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service."

"Terrible customer service. Extremely rude, every single one of the workers. Food is always poorly made. I drive out of my way to Cummings to get food from Taco Bell. I refuse to continue giving my money to this location. It’s insane. I also work for DoorDash and they keep the made orders on the counter and won’t let anyone get their food, they make everyone go through the line and they take their time to the max. I put a photo showing 8 orders made on the counter and I was sitting in line for 45 minutes."
