"Since Dr. McGovern left I wouldn’t recommend this facility. I’ve been a patient there for years. Right before Dr. McGovern left I was in the middle of getting work done on my mouth. The new dentist had to finish. And because I wasn’t pleased with my work they dismissed me as a patient. How cruel was that? It really hurt my feelings! Dr. McGovern I really miss you! You were the best!!!!"

"I didn't have the best experience. The receptionist ignored me when I first walked in. I didnt get a hello or nothing, but she did speak to the man behind me and carried a long conversation with him. I went to my seat and sat there for at least a minimum of 5 minutes before she called my last. Still didnt speak..she proceeded with I need you to sign these papers (new patient) so I said, "Hello, how are you doing"? Then she spoke. My total experience was not horrible. The dental assistant was very nice!!!! She went out of her way trying to get me situated as far as a referral to another office bc what I needed for one tooth would be surgical. The dentist on the other hand was fair but he told me he could pull the other tooth that wasnt surgical and later changd his mind about that because I called trying to get another date sooner than what they've given me and now all of a sudden that was changed. Still in pain, wasted fuel driving miles south, but I do have another dentist that said they'd help me."

"I love this dentist and his staff. We've been using them for years. I've been to several in the area and this one is the BEST. He does great work and is kind, professional, and understanding. The building is a little older (although I've been told by his staff that they have something newer being built) and there aren't any TV's on the ceiling, but you don't have to pay for those TV's either. His office is not CRAMMED full of people like most offices. There are usually 1 or 2 other people waiting. His prices are really fair and the office staff is very knowledgeable and help with making sure you know what you are going to pay BEFORE you start and if your insurance will pay for certain things (like antibiotics in the tooth being filled). He doesn't do unnecessary fills or caps on baby teeth. The only negative is they don't take medicaid of any form. I think that has more to do with how difficult it is to get reimbursed by medicaid, but if you have it, you'll pay out of pocket here."
