"Stephanie, why are you working in a customer service job when you don’t like customers? I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription. And Was waited on by a young lady named Stephanie who obviously didn’t wanna be there. She was short and rude with me. When I called her out about not having customer service skills she wanted to argue. I told her I was not going to argue with her. She put the phone down and walked away. Didn’t say someone will be with you or I’ll be back, nothing. Another young lady who was obviously listening to Stephanie complain looked at me and walked away as well. A young man who was also listening to Stephanie complain walked over picked up the phone and said OK and then he help me he was very nice. But why is Stephanie working in a job she doesn’t like?"
