"Today on 2/14/24 I went threw the drive thru and they left out one of my combos went inside to let them know and the manager on duty wanted to get smart and argue with me and one on the back line was cussing tried to blame the boy working the drive thru window after the boy told them they left out my combo this place has went to the bogs need to train your employees better on customer service I have over 20 years experience in customer service and this was one of the worse experiences I’ve had with Taco Bell make sure to check your bags before leaving"

"Today 1/31/24 7:40 pm they put tacos in my bag instead of my 3 flat breads and stacker. Said I need to come in to fix it. So you can’t fix your mess up I have other food in my vehicle that will now be cold. Do better double check it’s your job."

"This location has left something out of our order the last few times we have eaten there. The only exception being when we walked in a couple weeks ago and made a complaint to the manager and they checked our order before sending it out. We've had burritos, crunchy tacos, and entire combos forgotten. They were not busy this time, we didn't have anyone behind us in the drive through and they still didn't add our cinnamon twists and didn't provide any sauces. This location is on the verge of losing me as a customer."

"Usually, it's a good place to go, but I've noticed that when I place an order, I almost always get the wrong thing, but I'm still being charged for what I asked for. I get the first and second and even third time because sometimes you just have a bad day, but when it's wrong, a third and fourth time is different. That's a pattern. It's always on the second or third shift that it's wrong. I get that it gets busy sometimes, but I was maybe the second or third person in line while it was dead only to get in my bag and see it's wrong again. I called and complained, told they would fix it if I came back and picked it up, only to find out someone else picked it up and they can't do anything about it. To be fair, I called on a Thursday night and didn't come to get it because I had no way to get there until today. It just sucks that they didn't even try. Just, "Can't do anything about it.""

"Tired of ordering these $3.50 LARGE nacho fries and only receiving half of an order of them. No, they weren't fallen in the bag either. Do better TBell. Usually no problems at this location unless you order the fries."
