"I come to this specific McDonald’s weekly to get my kids a happy meal. I should have to 30minutes or more in the drive thru, for food to be missing or forgotten."
"Order board was so dirty it could not be read. Lobby was locked at 4pm and drive through was so backed up I spent 20 minutes waiting just to not see the board. D/T cashier spent 10 minutes having conversations with a personal friend at the D/T window."
"I pull up to the drive-thru speaker at 3:50. This is 10 minutes before they switch over to breakfast. After a minute of waiting at the speaker: Worker: Our system is down. Me: Are the registers working inside? Worker: We are switching over for breakfast. Me: Then can I order an oatmeal? Worker: It'll be 30 minutes. Me: Don't worry about it. Y'all have a good day. I don't know if their system was down or they were switching over for breakfast or what. But I would've happily paid cash for an oatmeal and a drink or used the app to pay or whatever. Not being able to get anything? Not great."
"McDonald's has the best fries! Their food and atmosphere are consistent and always have been. However, this visit was antiseptic with zero interaction. You had to order from a kiosk and then pick up your food in a bag whether you ordered dine in or to go. The ketchup and napkin dispensers were empty. There were no salt and pepper packets. Personally, I don't like the path they have chosen and probably won't be visiting again anytime soon."
