Reviews of Global Entry Enrollment Center
"I have been trying to schedule an interview for three months now, and all I get is “appointments full thru” a date at least a month in the future. I had hoped to do the Entry on Arrival as an alternative, but when I got to the interview area, there was one agent working and at least 8 people were waiting, and after around 45 minutes, not a single person had been interviewed, so I gave up. If there were another location in Georgia I would go there, but there isn’t. I notice another reviewer said they got an email telling them appointments were available, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how they signed up for that."
"Excellent We waited only a few minutes and everything done .. It is just next to CNN gift shop and Starbucks at international arrival of Airport. Perfect / Prompt Service .. It will be easy to enter if you park your vehicle in Level 4"
"trusted traveller program global entry interview hartsfield jackson internationa airport concourse f arrivals. Park at the hourly arrivals, go accross the parking lot level 4 there a crosswalk, go down the escalator, on the right is global entry. my appt was 1pm, they close at 12-1230pm, opened at 1230pm, they’ll call global entry, give your passport and id. they called me at 1245 even if my appt was at 1pm. interviewwd the tsa officer. asked for some info. picture and fingerprint. and they mail you the card. your out by 10mins after your name is called. if less than 15mins the parking is free. Fast and efficient."
"After completing Global Entry application and got temporary approval, making appointment becomes the key step for interview. After waiting about a month I finally got email notification saying appointment became available, I made an 8:40am appointment. Today I tried to beat morning rush hour traffic, got into airport hourly parking lot at 8:37am, went to level 4 with elevator, running across the connecting bridge, then went down one level where I could see Starbucks sign, Global Entry office is next to it. I waited about 5 minutes, interviewed about 5 minutes, took a photo and got out, I was not even got charged for the parking. With my recent experience, I feel government did increase their working efficiency except having to wait for appointment slots available."
"If you have kids, don’t even bother with this. Yet another reason why people are no longer having kids. My husband and I both have global entry, thinking that our kids wouldn’t have to get it because they are 2 & 4 (how do you interview kids that age, so stupid) and if they don’t have it no one can go through global entry. We tried setting up an interview for it because that would work better for us and our kids. They stopped doing scheduled interviews. We would have to do it during re-entry after an international flight. We tried to do it, they said it’s going to be approximately 2 hours. TWO HOURS when you have little kids is horrible. When I asked them what does an interview for a 2 year old and 4 year old look like. He said in a condescending voice, basically we ask you and your husband if this is your child and that’s it. I said great you just interviewed me. If that is all you need a birth certificate or some other document ion can be uploaded to the system to state you are a parent or legal guardian. I am convinced this is all a tactic to take your money and make it as inconvenient as possible to actually get it. A way to keeps the numbers down in the attempts to keep global entry exclusive because everyone is getting it now. Well I don’t want it that bad and if I could I would get my money back."
