"This is by far the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Finally today I decided to change my insurance because of him. I paid more money for his mistakes. He ignores your emails. I changed my policy and nothing was changed. Then I reminded him of it and he decided to change it to whatever he wanted (he chose whatever to add to my policy) even though he exchanged emails with me about exactly what was supposed to be in it. Then he asked me to send him an email stating all the changes. I sent him his own screenshot!! I was past due because of the high amount that I was not willing to pay and he basically stated in his last email to contact State Farm directly. He’s sure to have an excuse for everything. Please do yourself a favor and do not choose him as your agent. He doesn’t admit to his mistakes and you will be paying for it like I did. Now let’s see what excuse he’s going to write as a replay to this review since I see he likes to do that."
