"The WORRRSSSTTTTT insurance agency ever!!!! They don’t understand ANYTHING!!!! Literally called in to pay my insurance and let them know why i was calling and the rep just placed me on hold stating “Okay I’ll call the insurance company for you now “ but alll he did was transfer me to Jesus! Jesus gets on the line and ask “Ms why are you calling “? Well what the heck did i just spend the last 15mins explaining to the previous rep!! Then Jesus starts arguing with me and hangs up the line on me. I call back and he says “This is not slavery time. I don’t care if you’re upset. “ He continues to cut me off!! The worsssssstt customer service you could ever experience!!! When the customer gets upset because of their lack of organization and understanding they want to blame the customer and act one the customer shouldn’t be upset! You will literally spend 30mins-an hour on the phone with these people and get NO WHERE!!!! It’s better to just deal with insurance company directly instead of dealing with this third party horrible insurance agency . It’s the Shhallowford road location!! Adrian and Jesus at the shallow ford road location are horrible !!"
