"Terrible Terrible Terrible services!!!! they never call back, all office team are terrible, never respond i was trying to communicate with them so many times to get service or to cancel services, they never respond. i was able to cancel all my policies only with allstate after office hours. stay away from this Agency!!!"

"Avoid this agency if you possibly can. I tried to cancel my auto policy. I submitted the request via email and phone call on December 14. They still deducted my premium a few days later. After repeated calls almost daily to try to resolve. Miss Chatman still did not close my account and never returned my calls, I was told that if I want to get my money back, I should actually call after 6 o’clock and speak with an Allstate customer service agent. This is bad business practice, unethical and unprofessional. By no means should you do business with this agency"

"Unbelievable incompetence. They made a typo on my birthdate. I didn't realize this until I was driving for Ubereats. I needed it fixed so that I could work. Let them know about it. Should have taken minutes to fix, as it's literally changing one number on a form. They said it would take 48 hours to update in their system. 5 days go by so I call. They say their system is down, but will be back up before end of day and they will get back to me. They never did. I called two days later, multiple times, nobody ever answered. I've lost nearly 2 weeks of wages due to their carelessness and non responsiveness. Switched to State Farm. Stay far far away. Update: 3 months after canceling my policy I get a notice that they've sent my "missed payments" to collections. Unbelievable!! These people are nothing but scammers and Allstate needs to shut this office down expeditiously."

"I have been reaching out to Ms. Chatmam since September 06, 2023 for her cancel my policies. She requested my Declaration page from my new insurance Because she needs to see proof that I have new insurance. In order for her to reimburse me. Everything i sent to her, she claimed that she didn't receive it, I have a reputable third party Send the information to her. She refused to cancel my policies i contacted Allstate, they forwarded my call to her office. So now i am paying the policies with her company and my new policies. Please Be aware of this company Chatmam and Associate and this agent Acquanette Chatmam. I will be pursuing this until it's been taking care of, one way or the other."

"Previously I have had great service from this office. Unfortunately my policy rates kept changing, so I called to see why. I was told numerous times after several calls that they would call me back with possible changes but this never happened. I became so discouraged that I sought out a different insurance company. I paid for my new policies and requested that this office cancel both my auto and home insurance around the beginning of May. I kept receiving late notices and I made several phone calls and emails informing this office that I had requested my policies be canceled. I was told only the owner could cancel the policy and that they have been trying to contact her to terminate the policies. My mortgage company has stated they will be increasing my mortgage because they have now paid two insurance policies. When contacting the 1-800 number, I was told that my auto policy has been canceled due to non-payment even though I requested the policy be closed as of May 15th. This office has been non-responsive no matter how many different ways I have attempted to contact them."
