"This place is home to some of the most unprofessional and inconsiderate insurance “professionals”. Dealing with Jessica j and her combative supervisor Daniel O, this experience has extremely exhausting. From switching to lower rates for rentals, to being stranded at enterprise only to be charged out of pocket for someone else’s incompetence. Two weeks later, I finally get in touch with Jessica to handle a situation that took all of 5 minutes to remedy. I will absolutely never use progressive again and make sure that every client I help understands what they could subjected to will executing their rights as a customer. I believe these people are ableist and do not consider people’s disabilities or size and height when placing them into rentals. I can understand why Jessica has the disposition she has when engaging with consumers based on my brief and audacious conversation with Dan. Do business where you are welcomed and appreciated."
"I had an appointment this morning set up by claims adjuster Taylor. My experience with Taylor had been nothing but excellent customer service and professional until I arrived at my appointment this morning at 8 am, 1-16-24. I was 5 mins early and an African American woman with an Afro opened for business at 8 am. I signed in at exactly 8 am because I had other appointments that morning and was looking to bring in the title and pick up my check as planned so I could move on to my next appointment. The young lady had no knowledge of a title with an affidavit of repossession letter attached, in other words a repossession title and or vehicle. I understand and she could have just excused herself and called for help, instead she was rude and became defensive . She offended my intelligence and tried to make me feel I didn’t know what I was talking about regarding my title. She tired to tell me, that the person the car had been repoed from had to be present in the office with me since they were listed as an owner. I had to explain to her that the car had been repoed and I was the owner. She went back and forth as I tried my best to help her understand. This caused me 20 mins of my time. She needs to be sent back to training for customer service and title processing so she doesn’t do anyone like she did me this morning. Unacceptable, I also feel she treated me this way because I wasn’t professionally dressed as usual, it was a very cold morning and I had on sweats and that’s exactly how she treated me. I’ll be more then happy for upper management to follow up.Thanks"
"FYI when you come it’s the big shiny building with no name on it , looks like a credit bank drive through is attached but come in and go to the elevators progressive is on the 2nd floor. Not sure why there is absolutely no names to let you know where it’s located"
"These people are rude. My insurance adjuster informed me that I can pick up my check at 1:45 that day. Went in there and the lady at the front would not budge she said I don't have you here so there is nothing I could do. Now I called the adjuster and she started yes there is I put it in. The adjuster realized it was the wrong date. At this point she asking the lady to give me the check as it was not my mistake she going off like she know we don't do that but the adjuster said it was her mistake. No customer service as I took off work to come Ll the way over here just rude and no customer service."
"Working with Jessica Jackson has been the worst experience. My accident happened in September. From September to November nothing happened on my claim. I repeatedly asked her, her supervisor, and other reps if my claim could be switched to another person and it is still assigned to her. From the first week I noticed her attempt at doing the bare minimum and while I understand she is there to protect the interest of the insurance company you could at least treat me fairly. She never explained any of the process to me. She outright lied telling me she doesn't have to provide me a comparable rental. Since when? Why are you telling me you can only give me $20 a day for a rental when I drive an Infiniti G37 coupe? The latest is her telling me she's ending my rental. You haven't even made me an offer for my damage? I've never heard of this and I work at a law firm in personal injury. I feel bad for the hundreds of other claims that are probably being mishandled by her. I'm insured though Progressive and will absolutely be switching carriers."
