"Do NOT use this company. Tesla contracts through them. I have video footage of a car scraping my bumper and they denied my claim. It’s on video and they claim they can’t see it. You can see the actual paint being scraped off in the video right as the car stops at the 10s mark where its door scrapes my bumper. Trash company."

"The worst place that can your home owner insurance! It’s been more than a month and my adjuster Darrel Harper keep telling me that they are waiting for approval. I called their hotline number and they turn you around and keep saying you need to talk to the adjuster and then adjuster keep saying waiting for approval. Once I called the hotline they said it only takes 2 business days to get approval. But now I’m still waiting with no response and no estimate time. By the way, if you call their hotline and complain, they are going to say we can send an email to the manager to escalate the case, but good luck! Because they don’t even see if they sent an email before or not in their system, so I found out they say that to brush you off their shoulders and not even one email has been sent to the manager. They don’t even provide you the name of their manager or their extension number or connect you to them."

"Crawford & Company is handling the claim for my homeowners insurance policy. We're now working on attempt number four of sending my claim check. There's no urgency or follow through with their promises. What can I do? Nothing! My insurance company hired Crawford & Company to handle the claim and they have no reason to provide me with any type of acceptable customer service. I hope to never have to do any business with Crawford & Company again in the future."

"I called this company to get some paperwork and I had to explain to the lady what I needed and she was so kind and patient. So waited until I was done and she asked the proper questions to get the results needed. She proceeded to explain to me that she passed my info to someone who was in charge and they would get back with me as soon as possible. I know that in business things happen and they just can't jump right on that particular thing but I feel and I maybe wrong but in a day and a half in business days they could have given a courtesy call to say we're working on getting you the information that you are seeking. I could be wrong but something to let me know that they didn't take my call and brushed me off after."
