Tally Dental

"1 star because ZERO isn't an option. Horrible service, and experience. Dentist was happy to do the work needed to be done, but assistant (wife) was adamant my child be taken elsewhere for sedation, when he was confident he could do it no issues. Fast forward to a week prior to treatment his assistant stated the dentist fractured his hand, and would need to take them elsewhere for treatment. However this wasn't the case as he was still seeing other patients. He and his wife could obviously not see eye to eye on this matter. Also website stated that it was recommended, but not required, that the parent stay in the waiting room while minor child goes back alone. According to their website this makes children who have anxiety more comfortable. Not telling you not to use them, but do not expect them to be accommodating to you or your emergencies, as you were to "theirs""
