"I made an appointmenton May 25th, 2023 and everything was grand I haven't been to the dentist since elementary school and was very excited for my appointment which was January 9th which was a while away but I was willing to wait because they were very nice over the phone and they were very close. It seemed perfect. 9 months later I got a call on January 5th to confirm my appointment and all was well the lady was very nice and eveything was well. 3 days later on a Monday at 10:50 am, they called me a day before my appointment and told me that they don't take my insurance, I will say the lady was very nice on the phone but hearing that set me off I was livid, to say the least, and this is my first every real review ever I never do these kinds of things but my god am I very upset with this place, my advice to anyone coming here if you have great insurance I'm sure you will be just fine but if you have. some regular people insurance then please for your well-being and sanity make sure these people take YOUR insurance. I will be paying out of pocket tomorrow cause I have no choice but todo so or I will be waiting for another god knows how long to get an appointment. I also want to say that the people whom I've spoken to on the phone, have been nothing short if welcoming and very nice I also want to apologize to the lady that I was on the phone with earlier today for saying some choice words. I've come to see That shouldnt have been said and it was the heat of the moment, again I apologize ..... Thank you"

"Had teeth cleaning performed by Ally. She’s great. However I waited in the lobby for an hour before being called back. Ally told me she had asked the girls (two times) up front to let me know that she was running late. They never told me. That’s a shame to not be more respectful of your clients."
