"If you want to waste half a day in the waiting room, make an appointment! It takes an average 30+ minutes every single time for the hygienist to see me - Even if I am the first appointment. I cannot afford to be late to work or my other commitments because a simple teeth cleaning has to take hours! The dentist and her staff do NOT value me as a patient or a person. They would rather nap at their desk then even greet me. Find another dentist!"
