"Very friendly staff that were able to quickly accommodate my busy schedule. My dog Mia was seen by Dr. Hopkins for a dental consult. I ended up having some other concerns about my dog and he was able to answer those questions as well. He was very kind and I felt like all my concerns were important and heard. I definitely recommend giving them a try. The new location is also very convenient to access right off of 16."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office and staff! We had to bring our boy in unexpectedly last night as he wasn’t feeling well and we were worried about it. Amara was able to get us right in! As soon as we walked in the door, that’s when our 4 legged baby really decided to act like a baby :( he was TERRIFIED by the hard wood floors and would not walk in. Being that he’s a 135lb Great Dane, carrying him or dragging him, isn’t really an option. We got him to walk to a rug where he stayed put. It was his turn to go back and that was not gonna happen! 2 of the staff, carried him back to a room. He was SO anxious. Jasmine was 1st to interact with him and she was an angel, so sweet and patient with him and us. The we got to see Dr Hopkins and I can’t say enough good things about this man! He is incredibly smart and was so, so good with Maui. He did a full exam and all the while Jasmine was working her magic keeping Maui calm. She is now known as “the dog whisperer “. After the docs exam he sent us home with some meds for our boy and Jasmine found us a better way to exit the building so Maui didn’t have to be on the hardwood any longer than necessary. Maui is doing much better today and we are extremely grateful for the care an patience the staff showed to our best boy and us. Thank you so much to all the staff at Granville Veterinarian Clinic!!!
