"This place has gotten ALOT better in the last year. This place SAVES LIVES. The staff that's there now is ALOT better and way more friendly than before and so is the NEW Dr!! Don't wait go today make a change from suffering everyday this place will change ur life for the better!"
"Most of my experiences have been positive since becoming a patient there in January 2022. They have a friendly staff, normal wait times, and a satisfactory conflict resultion, so overall I would give it a 8 out of 10. I was looking over some of th reviews, and I thought I was the only one having issues with the drug testing, come to find out this is a regular occurrence there. I know personally that I've had a few tests come back negative after being told they were positive for different substances and that is completely unacceptable. Some people have a lot to lose from inaccurate readings or false positives results."
"I'm not a patient but have a family member that is. In the past two weeks they have called, texted and left voicemails for 10 straight days with their counselor who has yet to respond. Not sure why the counselor seems to think this is acceptable. A month ago when she actually answered her phone the first thing she said was "You have 5 minutes I'm extremely busy, it might be better if you called me back" So basically if you have an issue you're better off to resolve it on your own?? Like many others have said the UA chain of custody is not being followed according to the SAMHSA guidelines. If your UA sample reads negative on the 8 or 12 panel container why are they still being sent to a lab for further analysis? Why waste the money on a 12 panel drug test? Why not use a clear container if they are being sent to the lab regardless of the results. Also why are patients being told they cannot get a copy of their test results. Doesn't HIPPA apply? The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes individual rights over their protected health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, to direct a covered entity to transmit to a third party an electronic copy of their protected health information in an electronic health record, and to request corrections. This is not the way to help someone in recovery! ***UPDATE*** Since I last posted the "family member" I mentioned has been assigned a new counselor based on their original counselor taking another position within the company. The new counselor so far has been a marked improvement over the last one. I would like to add that the previous counselor was not a bad person or it wasn't that they weren't qualified to do the job, what I believe to be the issue is their individual patient load was larger than what they were able to handle. I also think it's worth mentioning the insane amount of work that Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. went through just to receive a certification to open the Pulaski Clinic and maintain compliance with the opioid treatment standards set forth by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) the governing body that oversees all clinics that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD) in opioid treatment programs (OTPs) in conjunction with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) just to name a few that are at the Federal level. There's also the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and others at the State level and let's not forget the local agencies that are also involved in this never ending network of agencies that make the rules and regulations that pertain to these types of treatment centers. All of the above can be found in CFR > Title 42 > Chapter I > Subchapter A > Part 8: Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders."
"Love how my cousler goes over and beyond for me. He says “people tell me all the time I’m over stepping but the way I see it if you are my patient I will do whatever you want or need to help you in your recovery!” I have had issues in the pass with wait times but ever since they put in the 4 windows, no problems. Have had problems with them switching my cousler so please don’t take this one away from me. I love the front staff. They remember your face with your number quickly."
