"Worst insurance company ever. Got my home inspection thrice. Got roof damage, rough drywall, and my side wall getting damaged due to storm. Inspection guy never came on a schedule day the inspection was scheduled. And my claim was never approved although having a serious damages in my home due to storm. Don't even deserve one star."

"This is the most unprofessional agency I have worked with in my life. Miriam, the owner is never there. Vanessa has been promising to email me back or call me back - well, guess what? She never does. They have been charging me twice the average quote. Then I asked them to re-calculate the quote since they used to quote me for 10 times the valuables I had a home. They finally lowered the amount by 50% - guess how much they overcharged me for years? When it came the time to accept the new quote, they never followed up with me, which resulted in an extra month of the initial exhorbiant amount. Called/emailed Vanessa and Miriam numerous time and they never responded nor called to not leave a paper trail. Then Allstate sends my bills to the collection agency while Vanessa kept promising to me that she was contacting the headquarter about my case. All lies to get customers’ money."

They offer life insurance also I took the drive safely test, offered at no cost to me. "Granted this team is friendly, but I feel as though more training may be needed. I called to get a QUOTE to lower my deductibles after filing a claim and learning that my deductibles were a lot higher than what was quoted over the phone. After I was quoted the lower deductible I learned I was, currently, paying more than I was supposed to due to my multi policy discount not being applied to my premium. The run around I received was so unnecessary. Clearly I had been over paying and it shouldn't take a week to figure out money is owed to me. On top of that they lowered my deductibles after I told them I didn't want any changes to my policy until we figure out what is owed to me. They sent me an email to authorize the change but I never signed it. They changed my deductibles anyway and only tried to pay half of what was owed to me stating they applied the correct discount the day I initially called in and then applied it all the way back to the previous months with the new lower deductible as if I had been paying a lower deductible for the past 6 months. It was a slick move but I'm smarter than that. So I had them change my deductibles back to the original amount and apply the CORRECT discounts and will be expecting my full reimbursement. Be careful AND ASK AS MANY QUESTION AS YOU FEEL IS NEEDED TO GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT! And contact their corporate office if need be."

They have even helped me to find the best quotes for business insurance.
