"I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my typist on December, 18. After looking at my online checking, I had been billed twice. I’ve called several times and the last time, I was told the lady who handles things like this would call me back. Haven’t heard from anyone! Can’t get money refunded to my account as of today, December 22. Really fed up! Totally unprofessional! Also, the arrangement looked nothing like what was depicted on their website. Some things were left out .They even left the wrapping on the candle with brand, etc., and you could tell it was carelessly put together. I do not recommend ALL IN BLOOM, Hurricane, WV!!!! Enjoy my money for your Christmas!!! In response to your post saying I confirmed what my bank said....... that is not what I said!!! You are misrepresenting was I told you. I, specifically, told you my bank said YOU had charged my account TWICE, causing my account to be charged $147.18. They said one of the charges would not be returned to my account until the 28th due to you charging me twice!!!! You never even let me finish telling you everything before you began talking over me very loudly, calling my bank fraudulent, etc., and I hung up on you. You were extremely unprofessional and very rude. Again, I didn't confirm anything. Perhaps you should talk to United Bank and they can explain to you how the process works! This is my last communication with you!"

"It’s the only time I’ve ever gotten fresh flowers and wanted to call and send them back. First time using this company The flowers are bruised and falling off. The customer service was great, that’s the two stars. I could have put together flowers at Kroger myself for a fresher look. Really I’m sad actually. I’m leaving this review immediately after I’ve seen them for the first time. Not $58.30 worth."

"My daughter in NC ordered flowers for her Grandmother’s funeral. It was an embarrassment! The flower sent was a single orchid, not the $80 flowers she ordered. The price tag, $16.98 was still on the flower at the service. My daughter was so embarrassed when she learned the flowers ordered were not sent, and even worse it was a $16 flower she was charged $80 for. I’ve tried to call them several times and they won’t even return phone calls. What a sad way to do business with people who are grieving the loss of a loved one and then overcharging at that. I would NOT recommend them to anyone."
