AquaSafe Pool Covers Inc 4402 Mendi Court, Suwanee, GA 30024

"In 2015 we had Aqua Safe Pool Cover install a cover for our pool. We paid $10,000, yes you read correctly, $10,000 for a cover for an 18x32 foot pool. Every year after we spent at least $350 and even spent that TWICE one year! The cover was never installed correctly. The roller bar at the end would never completely close and when the cover was open it was never completely UNDER the aluminum protection cover so water aka rain would get onto the cover into the groove between the end bar and wall of resevoir. Every year this cover would go off track. No weight was ever on the cover except the pump for extracting rain water that gathers on top. The cover was never opened with water on top and we kept the gears lubed and we washed the salt water off the motor housing with fresh water to slow corrosion. We just had a brand new cover installed by Cover Care Pool Covers. This install included brand new everything and a better and simpler motor gear system that will have much less corrosion issues. This entire install cost LESS than $7000! Um YES, you read that correctly as well! 8 years later and we pay over $3000 LESS for a brand new cover!?!? After all this inflation?!? Um really Aqua Safe!? Can we say Integrity much? Not at all. We were also informed that the motor and parts for the Aqua Safe Cover were all outdated BEFORE 2015! DO NOT USE AQUA SAFE for your pool cover install! You WILL get ripped! And if you read my other reviews you will see Innovative Pool and Spa also ripped up a new one. They are the pool company that recommended Aqua Safe! So steer clear of Innovative Pool and Spa and their sister company Aqwa Services!"

"I have a 35+ year old automatic pool cover from this AquaSafe and have worked with three "generations" of company owners since its installation. Tom is the most recent and each has been responsive to my occasional need for tinkering and repair over the years. Early this season the motor had to be replaced and he did it while I was away. At the end of this season, a shear bolt severed and I could not figure out how to replace it. He showed up unexpectedly quickly while he was in the area, accomplished the task and schooled me on how to do it next time. He also hand-stitched a worn attachment and stopped a small but troublesome leak while he was here. Great service on an antique machine that continues to operate effectively."
