"The positives - The agent herself was excellent, knew her stuff, was helpful, not aggressive at all and I got a satisfactory price so I was happy with that part of the process. The negatives - there seems to be a real disconnect or lack of communication or something, I don't know what, between the agency and the Allstate behemoth they represent. At times the process felt hugely impersonal as if I was being served by this huge idiot bot. I was inundated with literally dozens of emails, many of which were nonsensical, contradictory or just out of date and confusing. This was really annoying. The email system is not very good and very slow to respond - apparently if you email your agent on a day when they are off, they just don't get the email. Their phone system doesn't work at times - once I called them when they were busy and the recorded message said they would return my call but there was no opportunity to leave a message and they never got back to me. The calendar app for appointments is flaky - for example it gave me a stupid error message when I input my US phone number and wouldn't go any further. And I can't get the Drivewise app to work."

"I want to take away the 1 star and change it to a zero. Do not I repeat do not use this Allstate Agency. Allstate use to be #1 now they should be #-0. They do not care about their customers. This agency cares about the money only. Allstate bugged me for months to switch and I made the worse decision to switch from Progressive to Allstate. The cost originally saved me a fraction, two months later it doubled. No accidents no tickets no claims. I was late on a few payments, and when you’re late you have to pay past and present. They sent a cancellation notice, I cleared the payments. I was late again they cancelled the policy for missing 1 payment. They harassed the f out of me to switch, but didn’t call to say hey you know your policy will cancel if the missed payment isn’t made. The communication from this Agent is awful. They failed to report my insurance to the state, I found out on my own when I got a notice of suspended registration on three cars. Yes the penalties were waived, by the state of GA but Allstate never reached out to advise or apologize. Do not use this agency, Allstate Corporate should audit this location for transparency. I would not recommend using this place. Jeremy I don’t need a response from you or your agency because I’ve already spoken to your team and they’re just like you."
