"Ok so I called to get a quote. They have the best quote I’ve heard that day . Went up there no mind you the contact I had to give them didn’t fit the requirements. So I went to the dealer and we changed it up . They still didn’t approve of it and couldn’t tell me why . The manager didn’t approve of it . So I’m like what are the requirements the young lady said she don’t know . So how do you know if it doesn’t fit or not . I never heard of a company that doesn’t to insure a vehicle. They didn’t want to work with me to resolve the issue . So by reading the reviews I can see why this is 2 star rating."

"Sold me insurance that had two different collisions and comprehensive deductible. So Allan Vigil Ford/Lincoln Financial Department wouldn't let me take the car off the lot. She tried to warn me but didn't really stop me from spending a $580 deposit and when I asked about refunds she claimed it'll take two weeks to get a mailed check after having the policy for 25 minutes top. Not a place to get decent or good insurance."
