"When I asked for any promotion of the pool shock powder this week, one of the staff, name was Ryan, said "Nope! Not this week." I found out soon after that there was a promotion. After I found out the promotion which it was 15% off through my email, he said that he does not have to disclose to the customer about the weekly promotion when customers ask him unless they came with coupon or copy of email. It was worst customer service ever with his horrible attitude. I won't go back to this store..."

"The staff at this store are always amazing and happy to help. I come in at least once a week for a water test, and they always have great recommendations for what to do for the water chemistry. Sometime something simple like "add some chlorine tablets," and sometimes some relatively complex chemical knowledge about when or why adding new chemicals won't work (e.g. due to a small amount of copper, adding chlorine won't help at the moment.), followed by a step-by-step guide of what to do. On top of that, they will go out of their way to help you out with non-chemical issues. They once helped fix a broken pool pump instead of trying to sell me a more expensive new one. Ty, Jeff (and previously Jason) are all great at what they do. These guys are the best. So when it comes to taking care of my pool, when anyone at this store says "jump" I just say "How high?""

"Technician never showed. Was told technician would be here between 8 AM and Noon. I called to confirm at 11 AM. After waiting on hold for 10 mins I was told the technician was schedule. Technician never called. Never showed. When the technician finally showed, he was pleasant. I wanted to purchase a new heater. He said he could install it on the next Monday because he was wide open. I discovered a couple of days later he had that Monday off and never ordered the heater. Update: I have stopped in the store on a couple of occasions and dealt with Ty. She has been great. Always nice and very helpful! I would go back to Leslie's only because of her."

"Terrible service, unfriendly , I went in to buy a part and asked Rick and he said, "look over there" so I did and I told that those returns are not the one and then tried to explain what my return looked like and before I could finish he said. "Try Home Depot". This man was not interested in helping me or having my business. This is the second incident I had with Leslies Pool, the first incident I order a pump to pump the rain water off of the pool cover and after about 3 weeks I had to call them and they told me they could not order it or something to that affect. They did not even call me to let me know.. Terrible Customer Service. I do all my shopping at Rec Ware House now."
