"I was happy with them for a few years covering renters insurance but then switched to be combine renters with my auto company to get a discount, so I cancelled with granite. They told me I'd get a refund and it was cancelled, but it's been a month, I haven't received my refund, AND I was charged for this month too. I'll be calling Monday, but this shouldn't have happened. I received a not so pleasant text over the weekend regarding this review and how they were not responsible and blamed the carrier, Grange. Funny though, because when I contacted Grange TODAY (3/26) directly about being charged, they mentioned Granite hadn't actually fully cancelled my policy until March 25th, aka: YESTERDAY. My review still stands, so don't send me anymore rude texts. When a client cancels, do yourself a favor and do as they have asked and you probably won't have unhappy customers. You guys could learn a thing or two from a customer service standpoint."
