Once the pandemic hit, and he laid off his staff his office became unorganized. He later hired agent Dora who clearly doesn't belong in the insurance business. I currently have a claim pending with proof of claim via email etc., and Don Harris is still lying and protecting his incompetent team member and hisself. Owner, Curtis Jones Jr."
