They are not professional, not knowledgeable and do not have their customers best interests at heart. They are hollow salespeople and should not be in this industry. Avoid the Steven Lewis Agency. Randomly flip through the yellow pages blindfolded and you'll find a better agent who knows more about insurance than these clowns."
