Steven Lewis: Allstate Insurance

"My experience was awful. I was an Allstate customer for more than 15 years and this agency is the reason I am canceling all of my policies with Allstate. They are not professional, not knowledgeable and do not have their customers best interests at heart. They are hollow salespeople and should not be in this industry. Avoid the Steven Lewis Agency. Randomly flip through the yellow pages blindfolded and you'll find a better agent who knows more about insurance than these clowns."

"car policy ended in 11/07/2022 I send an email letting you know that I will no renew the policy #821679006 on the 7 bacause you where going to charge me 970 when progressive charge me 540 for 6 months. now I call someone today 11/09/2022 to see if everything is ok with my policy and someone told that they didn't get my email from the 7 in your office how hard is to no renew my policy with guys. If you charge me anything for something that I never ask even when I told you I dont want it, come on how bad can you be at customer service."

"It went well for years, my policy got canceled, I tried to reinstate. It was canceled for a missed payment, which I didn’t know about. Over 10 days, you cancel my home and several automobiles. Then you take my payment, then tell me to go elsewhere and come back after 6 months… With customer service like that, why would I stick with you? You didn’t stick with me. I handle Senior Officer complaints for a large telecommunications company, this is a terrible way to do business. I know the policy can be reinstated, you just choose not to. This Agency is terrible"

"We switched our coverages to allstate from State Farm back in November of 2017. Stephanie was super to deal with so i decided to go with her agency even though they were not the cheapest. 2 months later we had a flood in our house from a burst frozen water pipe that destroyed our first floor. i was out of the country so it was my wife left to deal with the mess. We got off to a not such good start with a not so great claims adjuster. Stephanie kept us with us and our claim all the way through and got Allstate to assign a new adjuster to our claim. It took a while but we finally got our house back to shape. I would recommend this agency and specially Stephanie to anyone. Most agents are nice when they taking your money but you find out how good they are when you have a claim. Stephanie was outstanding and responsive and helped us all the way through. Thank you Stephanie for all you did for us."
