They checked my water got all the chemicals I needed wrote down exactly what to do and my pool is completely clear. These ladies are so kind. I won't have to mess with my guy no more. "I hired them to open my pool. Lady said it would cost 65$ plus cost of any chemicals that includes brushing walls, vacuuming, and service fee. Guy came out Monday dumped some shock and a bottle of liquid in the pool left. Didn't return Tuesday. Got an email Wednesday said couldn't come out due to weather which is understandable. By now my pool is back green. Got another email Thursday saying he wouldn't be returning for several days. So I called and asked if I would have to pay the 141$ I am being charged since he hasn't returned and the pool is back green. She said she would take the 65$ service fee off but I would still have to pay for the chemicals. I proceeded to ask why that isn't right not good business because he hasn't returned and my pool is now green and I hired them to open my pool. She got an addittude and said I tell you what don't pay it and find another pool company to service your pool. I absolutely will!!!!! Very rude and very unprofessional!! *****You can reply back with a lie. I know what really happened. I never once yelled nor did I talk over you. You are rude and unprofessional******"

"She came in thru the unlocked gate and never made her presence known and began working on my pool... When I agreed to have my pool serviced by ABP I was told that if my pool needed chemicals that they would use whatever I had if I had any. When I realized that they were out there, she was already adding chemicals,( shock) When I questioned was she adding that's when she told me it was 6lbs of shock... I told her that I had plenty of shock and she replied that she didn't know I told her had she talked to me before doing anything I could have told her what chemicals I had Ineedless to say I was charged for the shock.. I paid my bill but will not use that service"
