"As others have noted in their reviews, very rude. Hung up on me the first time before even saying hello. Assuming it was a mistake I called back. He was very annoyed that ai called back. It sounded like I woke him up at 1 pm. I asked him about getting a quote and he said, “No, not right now. We’re too busy”. And he hung up on me. I feel sorry for the customers that are using him making him too busy to even be cordial on the phone."

"The owner/manager/whatever is beyond rude. I stopped by one day as it was on my way home to ask a simple question. He acted as if I’d raised Satan himself right there in the lobby. It was apparent that I’d bothered him/offended his very nature by daring to present a question to him about pools. I just turned around, walked out, and took my business elsewhere before he had the opportunity to try and “dismiss” me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."
