"The company sent their subcontractor Steven Underwood to give me an estimate. He wrote the contract. Came back once to tear off some of the old liner. He stole my money never came back to install the liner. Now my pool walls are exposed and will eventually cave in. Other reviewers have had the same experience. I should have taken their advice from the beginning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. When I call the company to get answers Cindy gets an attitude and hangs up and Steve never responds. Con artists. Don't say this has nothing to do with direct liners...this has everything to do with your company. Steven is your subcontractor that you all sent out to do the job and he took my money."
