"Good luck canceling a membership. My son wasn’t taking to the swim lessons and I’ve been trying to cancel his membership for 2 months yet they keep charging us. Beware that once they have your credit card information they will keep continuously charging it even after you speak to them to cancel. I have sent emails and spoke to staff multiple times who assured me they would cancel yet nothing. There is no way to cancel online or remove your credit card information from the app which is very concerning. It doesn’t seem like their staff communicates with one another either."

"Three months ago, I could not swim at all and I was terrified of having water over my head. I decided that I was tired of being afraid and I enrolled in swimming classes because I do believe that knowing how to swim is a necessary life skill. Today, I can freestyle, backstroke, float and I am learning to tread water thanks to the amazing instructors at the SwemSchool. My teachers are Karen, Mayshonna and Courtney and they have all been extremely patient and encouraging. Everyone from the front desk staff to the lifeguards makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the front doors. The cost is also very reasonable. So glad I found this place!"
