"(Long post alert but worth it if you want QUALITY!) I've personally known Ms. Elaine since 1999. She is extremely trustworthy and she has always been professional, loyal and trustworthy. I can attest that she & her staff operates with complete integrity. Yes, I've ventured out (in the past) as I THOUGHT the "grass was greener on the other side". Needless to say, I found myself coming back to Ms. Elaine. She has always EDUCATED and provided me with options that would suit my homes, vehicles and business. "We had this agent (Elaine) a couple of years ago when we first started trucking. Now that I have used a couple of insurance agents, I see how she was unfair with her inflated commissions. This agent asked us to pay her commission up front. Also, she never answers the phone…… you will be unable to reach her. When you send her an email, you will wait for days to get a response. Also, when onboarding new drivers or new customers you will wait days if not weeks to hear back from her."
