"I will not take their recommendation when they test the water. They tried to sell me $250 of product i didn't need. I called my pool guy, and he was able to take care of things at no extra charge. I recommend learning the chemicals and products and not asking for advice"

"I’ve been coming to this location for three years Pat the Manager‘s been fantastic and because of him my pool has been crystal clear and clean all year around, it’s the only place anybody should ever go to if it’s not near you I’d make the extra drive just to have him take care of you."

A little high but never sold me something I didn't need till now. I will now double check everything. One bad seed."

I walked in not in the best mood and he had me smiling from ear to ear when I left.super smart and knowledgeable- He was so friendly and did not try to over sell me on anything- actually gave me some free samples and told me he was proud of me for all my hard work I’ve done with my pool. "Staff was extremely helpful with the issue regarding my aquabot robot pool cleaner. I had tried to fix it myself but the roller was not catching correctly. I was able to drop it off and the pick it up about 2 weeks later and it was back in working order. They also send coupons on a regular basis to help with your pool supply costs."
