"Visited a swimming lesson for my grandson. Nice size, 4 foot deep, pool for learning and “bath water” warm, so no one is freezing while in the pool. One instructor for several students so there is some waiting around as the instructor aids each student. Nice viewing area separated from the pool with glass. Nice friendly staff."
"Coach Leye is amazing! He is kind, patient, understanding, encouraging, fun and great with kids! The ladies at the front desk are also amazing. They always greet everyone with a smile and are very helpful."
"Coach Lain is the best at the Briarcliff location. We truly are thankful for kind, patient and very knowledgeable people like him. My daughter is really growing and learning. She’s more confident and enjoys swimming. Thanks coach Lain for being professional, patient and awesome."
"My son have been going here for the past two years and coach Dae is he favorite coach that still works there and still his current coach. She is very sweet and accommodating. My son is always so calm and attentive in her class. Thanks to the manager of the Briarcliff facility for always working with our family to get my son with an awesome coach. In the next 4 month we plan to enroll his sister as well. My son is not in school yet so he has learn a lot of skill in his swimming class and always looks forward to his classes. I will defiantly recommend Anyone looking for a place for kid to learn a s interact with other kids as well as skilled coaches."
"I just wanted to say a pubic thank you to Miss Alex and now Miss Imanie and Miss Jordan and miss Emalyn. The little boy I nanny for William is a very sensitive and smart little boy. He doesn’t do well with change yet. On his third class had a bad experience in the water. The person that was in the pool with him put his face in the water and it scared him. So he only only wanted miss Alex after that. He would cry if he didn’t have her. Us as his family unit worked very very hard to make sure he was only with miss Alex. He thrived under her instruction. But as we all know and understand sometimes change is inevitable. So one day when I got to swim and Miss Alex was out. So they rallied around both William and I to make sure he felt safe. So they put him into a class with Miss Imanie. The front desk young lady Emalyn understood the situation. She talked to miss Imanie and told her how William was feeling and why. Miss Imanie really stood up for William. Giving him the time snd attention he needed. Going at his pace. Never pushing him but still having him do more then he did the week before. That right there is a special gift of a teacher and she truly has that gift that she shares with the kids she teaches. She and William worked incredibly well together. I was just so grateful. When we found out Miss Alex was only working Saturdays now…we worked hard to make sure William was with miss Imanie. But unfortunately again change is inevitable. Miss Imaine wasn’t available for swim because she was working the front desk. So he had a lesson with miss Jordan. I prepared William for over 24hours talking about miss Jordan and how wonderful she was. How she was the very best friends with Miss Alex and Miss imanie. When we got to class the next day I said in front of miss Imanie how miss Jordan was miss Imanies very best friend. And miss Imanie jumped in and agreed with me and told William how wonderful miss Jordan was. Putting William at ease. Then the lesson happened. Miss Jordan was amazing with William. William was laughing, smiling and happy the whole lesson. He put his face in the water multiple times and then jumped into the pool with her multiple times. He had always been so afraid to jump in. It was so wonderful to watch. After the lesson William kept saying. “I’m so excited I did so many new things today with Miss Jordan” I really want these four ladies to get a special recognition for how truly wonderful they have been for William and myself as his nanny. Watching him sad and scared and not being able to help. They helped me and him every-time we were there. They deserve to be called out for all of these beautiful acts."
