"Owner has stopped replying to my inquiries about billing issues. His Tech has shown up every other week and reported through an app that my pool was normal from a chemical perspective. Then the water turned green. Spent $500 on chemicals to shock and clean up the mess left from this company. Not sure what is going on there, but it is nothing good!"
"We had been with this company for over 15 years, but recently we have had several bad experiences. First, we continued to have problems with our ability to use the pool. Next, we had numerous instances where we were billed for work/services that were not performed. Finally, the last time that we called the inappropriate billing to the owner’s attention, he was very dismissive. I would urge you to check your bill for services that are not performed. It became such a problem that we would calendar each time the technician actually serviced our pool so that we could compare the bill with the dates work was performed."
