"It may sound funny, but I enjoyed my visit to this office. I’ll start with the receptionist, she has outstanding customer service skills, knowledgeable of what insurance pays for , informs you if a procedure isn’t covered at the time and the timeframe it will be covered. Next, the hygienists’, they’re awesome, supportive of each other, knowledgeable of the task they’re performing and made me feel very comfortable. Lastly, Dr. Knowles, knowledgeable, great people skills, creates the best plan that caters to the individual patient. If you’re looking for a dentist office, I would highly recommend this one."

He is very caring and has a very gentle (NO PAIN!) method of administering shots. His office staff is wonderful. The hygienists are the best and the front desk folks make you feel like family.
