"I had the worst experience ever with this company I would recommend calling anyone else or learning how to fix your own pool. Please read the owners response it is perfect! Is that the kind of person you want to invite to your home? So I left Florida due to unpaid tickets? What does that even mean what tickets? He had a private investigator look me up hysterical obviously he didn’t what a liar and pathetic businessman."

He was professional and very knowledgeable In everything I asked him about our pool and sand filter pump. I cannot say how much customer service is so important in the world we live in. "I understand the business is slow, but, more reason to treat the customer well. I paid “premium” For equipment, That’s fine I get it.... your shop is always a little higher than the competition. However, during installation, I was up charged quite a bit. Too many other good pool shops in town, no more hustling for this pool owner."
"I needed my pool serviced and they figured out what was needed and not try to sell me something I did not need. They worked well after dark to fix my liner issue and give me some good tips on how to take care of it in the future. My main praise is they answered the phone and called me back and kept me in the loop on every phase of the repair. It was real hard to get any other company to call me back or show up these guys rock keep up the good work Dan..."
"Horrible experience, we took our polaris 360 sweeper in to get fixed they had it for over a week and we paid $80. Sweeper didn't work after being repaired. Took polaris back and cost us $200. They could not tell me what they fixed on it the first time, they keep no service records. I would not recommend this store to anyone who needs anything repaired. Very unprofessional and poor customer service."
